For attorneys, it is critical to engage consultants who not only understand the financial concepts being analyzed by their experts, but the litigation process as well.  By being part of the process from beginning to end, we are able to add tremendous value throughout the case.

​Litigators are better able to serve their clients, and develop their case, by utilizing consultants who understand the issues and can review and scrutinize their expert’s assumptions, work product and conclusions.  All too often, the infirmity of an expert’s assumptions and/or conclusions are not detected by counsel until it is too late -- that is, when counsel receives a rebuttal or reply report, or, worse yet, when the expert testifies at a deposition or at trial. 

Dean Consulting will test the assumptions and theories advanced by your expert to ensure that the expert’s final work product is both grounded and defensible.  During the rebuttal process, we undertake the same process to identify issues which might undermine the reliability of opposing expert's conclusions and/or credibility.
